Refund and Return Policy

30-day no-reason return <br>You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, unopened , with tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt) is required.

Return Process

  1. Send an email to support@mystflow.com to request a return.
  2. After review, we will send the return label and shipping instructions to your email.
  3. Please send the item to: [fill in return address] .
    Note: Products sent back without application will not be accepted.

Product quality issues <br>If you receive damaged, wrong or defective goods , please contact us immediately after signing for them and we will handle it properly for you.

Non-returnable items <br>The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products (such as engraving, personalized design)
  • Consumables (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Personal care products (skin care products, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Dangerous goods (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
  • Specials or gift cards

Exchange Instructions <br>If you need to exchange the product, please follow the return process first, and place a new order after approval.

Special rights for EU users <br>Users in the EU have the right to return products without giving any reason within 14 days (products must meet the above return conditions).

Refund Instructions

  1. Once we receive the return, we will review it and notify you of the result within 10 working days .
  2. After the review is passed, the funds will be returned to your payment account.
    Note: It may take extra time for the bank or payment platform to process, please be patient.
  3. If you have not received your refund within 15 working days , please contact support@mystflow.com for inquiries.
