Refund and Return Policy
30-day no-reason return <br>You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original condition: unused, unopened , with tags intact and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt) is required.
Return Process
- Send an email to support@mystflow.com to request a return.
- After review, we will send the return label and shipping instructions to your email.
- Please send the item to: [fill in return address] .
Note: Products sent back without application will not be accepted.
Product quality issues <br>If you receive damaged, wrong or defective goods , please contact us immediately after signing for them and we will handle it properly for you.
Non-returnable items <br>The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized products (such as engraving, personalized design)
- Consumables (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care products (skin care products, cosmetics, etc.)
- Dangerous goods (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
- Specials or gift cards
Exchange Instructions <br>If you need to exchange the product, please follow the return process first, and place a new order after approval.
Special rights for EU users <br>Users in the EU have the right to return products without giving any reason within 14 days (products must meet the above return conditions).
Refund Instructions
- Once we receive the return, we will review it and notify you of the result within 10 working days .
- After the review is passed, the funds will be returned to your payment account.
