At Mystflow, we take pride in ensuring that every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders from the United States and other international destinations will be shipped via Mystflow Standard Shipping, free of charge.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal operations.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
In rare cases where delivery may be affected by specific regional or customs restrictions, you will be notified accordingly. Should you choose not to proceed, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority. All product prices shown are exclusive of such fees.
As these charges vary by country, Mystflow is unable to provide an exact calculation prior to checkout. We recommend consulting your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders received after 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Standard Time, GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day. All confirmed orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
Returns & Exchanges
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 business days from the date of receipt, and prior to returning the parcel.
Requests submitted after this period, or returns sent without prior authorization, may not be accepted. Please include your order number and product details in your email to ensure a smooth process.
Refunds issued by Mystflow will exclude any payment service fees that may apply, depending on your payment method.
All refunds and returns will be provided in the form of store credit only.
Please note that refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

If the parcel is returned due to refused delivery or unpaid duties and taxes in the destination country.

If the return is due to a change of mind or because the product is no longer required.

If the delay in delivery is caused by customs or courier operations beyond our control.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
For a product to be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase included.

The item must not have been resized, customized, altered, or repaired by any party other than Mystflow.

The product must not have been worn or damaged in any way.
All bracelets are crafted based on the wrist measurements provided at the time of order. Please ensure accurate wrist sizing, as external bracelet dimensions may not reflect proper fit.
If your bracelet does not fit, Mystflow offers one complimentary resizing service at our workshop. Should you be unable to visit us in person, you may send the bracelet by courier; shipping costs for both directions will be borne by the customer.
We also allow exchanges for an alternative design within 30 days of purchase; however, refunds are not applicable in such cases.
Final Terms
Mystflow reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, or if the item is deemed to be in unsatisfactory condition upon inspection.
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for store credit.
Please note that cash refunds are strictly not available under any circumstances.
